Meet Our Team

Clinical Psychologists

Our team of therapists have been specially selected by co-owners Louise Adams and Julie Malone. We are all passionate, experienced and focused on health at every size and shape. We all utilise a non-dieting approach to help empower and enhance peoples sense of health and wellness. All therapists integrate a cognitive behavioural approach with a strong  mindfulness and self compassion focus. Our therapists also provide intervention for anxiety, depression, stress, and a wide range of various issues. For more information about each of our lovely therapists, see below.
