Georgia is a warm and engaging Psychologist who is passionate about supporting clients to build a better understanding of themselves.  She aims to provide a safe space for her clients to process difficult emotions. Georgia hopes that she can support her clients to let go of suffering so they can move forward with a values-based life.  Georgia has particular experience with helping people to develop a more productive relationship with distressing emotional states.

Georgia's experience in private and hospital settings has enabled her to work with clients across the lifespan who have presented with a range of mental health disorders.

To achieve symptom management and improvement in quality of life, Georgia utilises interventions from the following therapy modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and mindfulness.

Georgia is available to see clients on:

Thursdays from 2pm - 7pm

Saturdays from 9am - 3pm
