She is currently registered as a provisional psychologist and is enrolled in the Master of Clinical Psychology at the Australian Catholic University.

She is a dedicated and committed, values driven person who is passionate about being entering the world of Psychology and while she is studying she also engages in reviewing our operational procedures.

Ella completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) at Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the Australian Catholic University (Strathfield), where she graduated with first-class honours and the 2019 Australian Catholic University APS prize.

Ella’s research focus is in sport and performance psychology, with a focus on perfectionism and well-being outcomes, with her honours research examining perfectionism and self-compassion as predictors of depression in competitive athletes. She also has a keen interest in neurological trauma in competitive athletes.
