
Ella Tremaine

Ella is a registered psychologist and is enrolled in the Master/PhD Clinical Psychology at the Australian Catholic University.
She is a dedicated and committed, values driven person who is passionate about the world of Psychology while she is studying.
Ella completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) at Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the Australian Catholic University (Strathfield), where she graduated with first-class honours and the 2019 Australian Catholic University APS prize.
Ella’s research focus is in sport and performance psychology, with a focus on perfectionism and well-being outcomes, with her honours research examining perfectionism and self-compassion as predictors of depression in competitive athletes. She also has a keen interest in neurological trauma in competitive athletes.
