Support That Sees The Whole Person

A dietitian is a university-qualified health professional who supports people with food, nutrition and their relationship with eating. At Treat Yourself Well, our dietetic care is weight-neutral, non-diet and works alongside our psychology team. Food is rarely just about food. It can be tied up with emotions, routines, body image, health conditions and past experiences.

Our dietetic support makes room for all of that. Rather than meal plans, rules or numbers on a scale, sessions focus on what matters to you. Together we explore your eating patterns, your body’s needs and any worries you might be carrying, at a pace that feels manageable.
