Why we do what we do.
At Treat Yourself Well, we offer therapy that’s inclusive, affirming, and grounded in compassion. We meet you where you are—no fixing, just support—as you navigate life, growth, and everything in between.
Our
Our Vision is to empower individuals to cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful connection by providing inclusive, affirming, and evidence-based psychological care.
We envision a world where every person feels worthy of care, seen in their individuality, and supported in their journey toward mental wellness to be able to navigate life with confidence.
What sets us apart is our integrated, compassionate approach to Eating Disorders (including ARFID), Neurodivergence, and Trauma. We work closely with individuals and families, meeting each person where they are — with respect, curiosity, and care.
We don’t pathologise difference. Instead, we embrace and celebrate neurodivergence for its unique strengths, perspectives, and challenges. Our work is deeply rooted in lived experience, and we lead with a trauma-aware, inclusive, intersectional and weight-neutral lens.
Our team brings together credentialed eating disorder clinicians, a neurodivergent-affirming dietitian, and EMDR-trained professionals — all committed to walking alongside you to navigate life with confidence.
Our Mission/Goals
At Treat Yourself Well, we’re here to offer compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based psychological care that helps you feel seen, supported, and accepted—just as you are. We believe therapy should be a safe space where you can breathe out, be real, and feel heard.
We believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as your full self (messy bits and all), and be met with kindness, curiosity, and clinical expertise.
Whether you're navigating trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, or just trying to make sense of life, our team is here to walk alongside you—with kindness, curiosity, and the occasional light laugh when it’s needed. We aim to help you reconnect with your values, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels more like your own.
We affirm neurodiversity, body diversity, and gender diversity, and are committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and people from all cultural backgrounds. Our holistic approach integrates mind and body, addressing mental health within the broader context of identity, lived experience, and systemic challenges. Through collaborative, relational care, we aim to empower individuals to navigate their healing journey with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
